Terms of Service

1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms govern the purchase and use of football consultancy, scouting, player-development, performance-support and introduction services supplied by Piana Football Consultancy (the "Consultancy"). By signing, paying for, booking or using a service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

• Player consultation, profiling, assessment and development planning.
• Match, video and performance analysis; scouting reports and educational feedback.
• Strength and conditioning guidance delivered by appropriately competent personnel.
• Preparation and controlled sharing of player profiles with clubs, scouts, recruitment personnel and licensed football agents.
• Introductions and networking support where appropriate.
• Other services set out in your order form, proposal or service schedule.

3. Important Regulatory Limitation

The Consultancy is a scouting and consultancy business. Unless a service is personally delivered by a duly licensed football agent acting within the applicable FIFA and FAI rules, the Consultancy does not negotiate employment contracts, transfer agreements or representation agreements; does not act as a football agent; and does not undertake regulated football-agent services. Any introduction to an agent does not make that agent an employee, partner or representative of the Consultancy.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current and complete information, footage, statistics and contact details.
• Disclose any existing representation agreement, contractual restriction or conflict of interest.
• Behave professionally and lawfully when dealing with clubs, coaches, agents and Consultancy personnel.
• Attend booked calls or sessions on time and provide reasonable notice of cancellation.
• Obtain permission to submit footage, photographs or data belonging to another person or organisation.
• For a player under 18, ensure a parent or legal guardian signs all required documents.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees, due dates and the selected service are stated in the Payment Agreement, invoice or order confirmation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees pay for the Consultancy's time, expertise and deliverables, and are not contingent upon securing a trial, contract or placement.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

• Please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule a consultation or analysis session.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may be treated as delivered and charged in full.
• Work already performed, bespoke reports, analysis and digital deliverables are generally non-refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
• Any cooling-off or cancellation rights required by Irish or EU consumer law remain unaffected.
• The Consultancy may offer a discretionary credit or rescheduling option where reasonable.

7. Third Parties and Introductions

Clubs, agents, coaches, analysts, platforms and service providers are independent third parties. The Consultancy is not responsible for their decisions, statements, conduct, service quality, financial position or compliance. You should take independent legal, financial and career advice before signing any representation, employment, scholarship, transfer or commercial agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

The Consultancy retains ownership of its templates, scoring systems, report formats, methodologies, branding and training materials. Once all fees are paid, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use bespoke reports and plans for your own football development and legitimate career presentation. Commercial resale, publication or modification of Consultancy materials requires written permission.

9. Confidentiality and Profile Sharing

Confidential information is handled under our Confidentiality Agreement. Player information is only shared in accordance with our Player Profile Sharing Agreement, Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection law.

10. Health, Fitness and Safety

Any fitness, conditioning or recovery guidance is general unless delivered following a suitable assessment by a qualified professional. You must disclose relevant limitations and obtain medical advice where appropriate, and must stop activity and seek professional assistance if pain, illness or concerning symptoms arise.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, the Consultancy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of sporting income, reputational loss, third-party decisions or outcomes outside its reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from a service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the preceding six months.

12. Suspension and Termination

The Consultancy may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, dishonesty, unlawful conduct, material breach, undisclosed conflicts, safeguarding concerns, or conduct likely to damage the Consultancy's reputation. You may terminate in writing, subject to fees already due and work already completed.

13. Complaints

Complaints should be sent to info@pianafootballconsultancy.com or info@pianafootballconsultant.com with relevant details. We will acknowledge the complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within 15 business days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The Irish courts have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

15. General

If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. Changes must be recorded in writing. The service schedule, Payment Agreement, Privacy Notice, Media Consent Form and Profile Sharing Agreement form part of the overall agreement where applicable.
