• Football history, positions, club information, statistics, footage, assessments and career preferences.
• Communications, consultation notes, invoices, payment status and service records.
• Coach, agent and club contact information supplied for legitimate introductions.
• Health, injury, wellness or physical-performance information only where necessary and with an appropriate lawful basis.
• Website, account, device and platform data where applicable.

3. Purposes and Lawful Bases

We process personal data to: provide the services you've purchased (under contract); manage business and payments (contract, legal obligation, or legitimate interests); share an approved player profile with named or relevant clubs, scouts or licensed agents (consent or contract); use promotional media such as testimonials (consent); protect rights and safety (legitimate interests or legal obligation); and process any health or injury data you choose to share (explicit consent).

4. Who We Share Information With

Information may be shared, where necessary, with the client, authorised parents/guardians, our employees and contractors, technology and payment providers, professional advisers, clubs, academies, scouts, recruitment staff and licensed football agents. We will never sell your personal data.

5. International Transfers

Football opportunities and technology providers may involve recipients outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we use an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism, and can explain relevant safeguards on request.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the stated purposes, contractual records, safeguarding, legal claims and accounting obligations. Active-client files are retained for the length of the relationship plus a reasonable period; financial records for the legally required period; unsuccessful enquiry data for a limited period; and media until withdrawal or the end of the relevant campaign, subject to lawful archiving.

8. Required and Optional Information

Information marked mandatory in our forms is needed to deliver a service, comply with the law, or safely administer the relationship — failure to provide it may prevent delivery. Optional profile, media and marketing information can be withheld without affecting unrelated core services.

9. Children

For players under 18, we use age-appropriate language, involve a parent or guardian where required, limit data collection, and apply additional care to online publishing, health data and third-party sharing.

10. Security

We use proportionate access controls, secure storage, backups, confidentiality duties and vendor controls. Any suspected personal-data breach is assessed, documented and notified where legally required.
